Where are your clothes made and where do you ship from? We design and manufacture all of our garments 100% in the United States. We knit our material, cut and sew in Los Angeles and Arizona, and print all shirts to order in Scottsdale, Arizona. We also ship from Scottsdale, Arizona.
How much is shipping? We offer free shipping within the USA. We ship using the United States Postal Service. All packages under 1 lb. ship First Class Mail, and over 1 lb ship Priority Mail. We use the Delivery Confirmation service for both services. We have shipped over 100,000 packages with USPS and love the job they do for us.
Do you ship Internationally? Our website will not automatically accept orders outside of the USA. We prefer to personally place out of the country orders to ensure that the client understands the possible import fees, etc that they may be subject to. If you wish to order from outside the USA please just send us a message through the Contact page and we will get back to you ASAP!
How long will it take to receive my order? We make and ship your order within 4 business days. Transit time is usually 2-5 days within the United States. So give or take a week and a half for delivery. You will receive an email with tracking when your order ships.
What is your return policy? Every single shirt ordered is printed to order, per your specifications, just for you. Because of this we ask you to take your time in placing your order. Read through sizing information, order using our sizing recommendations, and if you are unsure, just send us a question through our Contact page! If you need to return an item, we do insist that it be done within ten days of receiving your order, and all tags must still be attached, and it must be in completely new, unworn condition. Simply contact us through the Contact page and we will give you direction in shipping in back. We do NOT pay for return shipping or offer return shipping labels. We know that our return policy is significantly more restrictive than others, and that’s because we do things differently (we think better!) than anyone else. For us it’s about handmade, personal, 100% made in the USA, responsible manufacturing and leaving as light of a footprint as possible. We recommend the first time you order with us just start with 1 shirt. We know you’ll be back- we’ve been doing this since 2006 and have nothing but happy, comfortable clients!
Can you match my team’s colors exactly? We do not do any color matching and aren’t trying to make any kind of leisure sport gear that looks “official”. If you select red print it’s just red! If you select navy print it’s just navy! As you look through the photos in the DESIGN COLLECTION sections you will see representations of all of our print colors. We use only environmentally friendly water-based inks, which have a light feel and are more vintage-y looking that traditional chemical inks. That’s our vibe! Vintage-like, a little worn, loved forever. That’s the FD Lounge.
Can I have my own words printed on your shirts? We do not do any custom designs, however if there’s something you really really really want that fits into the FD Lounge vibe, shoot us a message through the Contact page. Maybe we’ll love it too and decide to include it our collection at some point!
Do your clothes run true to size? We don’t use “true to size” as a descriptor because it means something different to everyone. Each shirt style has it’s own section where you’ll find all measurements for each size, and sizing directives along with instructions over whether or not you can size up, down, etc in that style. We want you to get the perfect fit EVERY time so we make it as easy as possible for you by giving you all the info you need and then some! Take your time reading through and follow our advice on sizing. Unlike most other shirt brands, we do not use generic mass produced shirts. We design and manufacture our own dream garments and are experts in their fit! Still unsure? Just ask us sizing advice through the Contact page!
I’m clicking on the size and color of the shirt style I want but “Add to Bag” isn’t appearing. If Add to Bag doesn’t appear when you select the size and color you want, it means it is sold out in that size/color combo. We will always post on our Instagram when out of stock styles come out of production and are available again.
The design I chose to have printed has two print colors but it’s only allowing me to choose one print color. What do I do? There are a few designs in our DESIGN COLLECTION that are printed in two colors. The “I heart Baseball” design is one example. For these designs, you’ll select the main print color you want using the drop down print color selection box. Then for the secondary print color you’ll type it into the box where you enter your design name. For example, if you want a white slouchy racerback tank with “I heart Baseball” in royal blue print with an orange heart, you’ll select the slouchy racerback in white in your size, then you’ll select royal blue for your print color from the drop down print color selection box. Then you’ll type in “I heart baseball. heart in orange” in the box provided. Super easy! Important: we only print a design in two colors that is shown in our DESIGN COLLECTIONS gallery in two colors.
